Great mug, keeps your drinks cold or hot for a long time. But the lid is horrible, breaks often. I have gone through about 4 now in the past year trying to clean them.

We LOVE your coolers and cups! The coolers keep ice for DAYS, and the cups/coozie keep our bevie's ice cold.
My only complaint is that My lid broke kn my coffee mug the first time I went to wash it. You need to redesign the lids for easier removal. A magnetic slider would be perfect!

The lid on this cup came broken. Although the cup still works, it would be nice if the slider closed to keep the heat/cold inside.

I love these 17oz mugs. It keeps my coffee hot for hours. I can't wait to try it out this summer with wine. I'm certain it will keep it nice and cold while keeping the bugs out with the sliding lid!
Only thing I don't like is that one lid came broken. I sent a message for replacement but I was sent a lid for the 12oz size, obviously it's way too small and useless.
