I was told by a friend that there was great customer service and that’s exactly what I got. When I explained that the sliders on my lids broke off making it not spill proof anymore they were more than happy to promptly send me relâchement lids. Thank you very much! I needed a replacement lid due to the threads breaking and was sent one at no charge. I have to note I contacted Chilli Moose by email and there was a reply within minutes. A replacement lid was sent and received a day later at no charge. Amazing customer service, still blown away at how quickly they responded and took care of the problem.

I am the happy owner of a number of Chilly Moose products: two coolers multiple water bottles and several insulators and mugs. I had purchased a Brent insulator for my son who was away on deployment and gave it to him when he returned. That same day he managed to drop the insulator on the driveway, cracking the lid. I went on line to purchase a replacement lid , but they were out of stock. I contacted Chilly Moose and they were able find me a replacement lid and send it out quickly at no charge. Chilly Moose: excellent products, wonderful service!
