Chilly Moose “Spin to Win” Promotion — Official Terms and Conditions

 Sponsor: Chilly Moose Inc. (“Chilly Moose”), Ontario, Canada

 

 

1. Eligibility

The Chilly Moose “Spin to Win” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
 Employees, representatives, or agents of Chilly Moose, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or household members are not eligible to participate.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

 

 

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

 

 

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on November 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on November 24, 2025, or when all prizes have been awarded, whichever occurs first.
 Entries received after this time will be deemed invalid.

 

 

4. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

  1. Visit www.chillymoose.ca during the Promotion Period.

  2. Sign up for VIP Early Access by providing a valid email address and mailing address.

  3. Upon successful registration, the entrant will receive one (1) spin on the digital “Wheel of Prizes.”

🔹 Limit: One (1) entry and one (1) spin per person during the Promotion Period.
 Multiple entries or attempts to participate using different names, email addresses, or identities will result in disqualification.
 Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are void.  

Verification of Eligibility and Identity:
 Chilly Moose reserves the right to contact any entrant or potential winner and request proof of identity, age, and residency to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Acceptable proof may include a government-issued photo ID showing the entrant’s name and mailing address. Entrants may redact any non-relevant information (such as ID number, date of birth, or photo) before submission.

Any personal information collected for verification purposes will be used solely to administer this Promotion and will be deleted once verification is complete, in accordance with Chilly Moose’s Privacy Policy and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Invalid or Incorrect Email Addresses

Entries with invalid, incorrect, or undeliverable email addresses will be deemed ineligible and forfeited without notice. A valid and active email address is required for entry verification and prize fulfillment.

 

 

5. Prizes

Prizes

A total of 20,000 prizes and discounts are available to be won, with an approximate total retail value of $56,640 CAD. Prizes and their approximate retail values (ARV) are as follows: sixteen (16) × $500 Chilly Moose Gift Cards (ARV $500 each; total $8,000 CAD); sixteen (16) × 35 L Cooler (ARV $440 each; total $7,040 CAD); sixty (60) × Cabot Coolers (ARV $100 each; total $6,000 CAD); forty (40) × Sauble Soft Coolers (ARV $130 each; total $5,200 CAD); one thousand (1,000) × $25 Chilly Moose Gift Cards (ARV $25 each; total $25,000 CAD); forty (40) × Blankets (ARV $135 each; total $5,400 CAD); twenty (20) × Bucket Coolers (ARV $160 each; total $3,200 CAD); and eighteen thousand eight hundred eight (18,808) × 10% Discount Codes. Prizes are available while supplies last and may vary in colour, pattern, or style. Chilly Moose reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Limit of One Prize per Household:
Only one (1) prize may be awarded per household (defined as individuals residing at the same physical mailing address) during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of entries received from that household.

If multiple entrants from the same household are identified as potential winners, only the first verified eligible entry will be confirmed as the winner, and all subsequent entries from that household will be disqualified.

This limitation applies to all prize categories and discount code awards issued under this Promotion.

 

 

6. Prize Transferability and Substitution

Prizes are not transferable. No prize or portion thereof, or any right or benefit in connection with a prize, may be transferred or assigned by a winner to any other person.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or any component thereof) with another of equal or greater value if the original prize cannot be awarded as described.

Prizes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

Discount Code Use and Restrictions:
Discount codes issued through this Promotion are single-use and non-stackable. Only one (1) discount code may be applied per order, per customer, during checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount, including other Spin-to-Win codes, email signup offers, bundle pricing, or sale pricing, unless explicitly stated by Chilly Moose.

Each discount code is valid only for the individual recipient and must be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale of discount codes is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the associated order and disqualification from future promotions.


7. Prize Fulfillment

  • Winners will receive an email containing a unique discount code, which corresponds to their awarded prize.

  • To claim their prize, the customer must:

    1. Visit www.chillymoose.ca;

    2. Select the corresponding prize item(s) or qualifying product(s);

    3. Apply their unique discount code during checkout to redeem their prize.

  • Chilly Moose will randomly select colours and/or patterns for all physical prize items to expedite shipping.

  • Winners must provide a valid email address and mailing address to receive their prize.

  • Prizes will be awarded only to verified winners and must be accepted as awarded. No transfer, resale, or substitution is permitted except as expressly provided in Section 6

  • If Chilly Moose is unable to contact a prize winner within 30 days of the spin date, the prize will be forfeited without compensation.

  • All discount codes and prize giveaways expire March 1st, 2026. Expired codes have no cash value and will not be reissued or extended.



 

 

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning a prize in the Promotion are approximately 1 in 20,000, based on the total number of eligible entries and prizes awarded.

Every spin results in a designated outcome; however, not all prizes are of equal value.

 

 

9. Use of Email and Personal Information

By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Chilly Moose may retain and use their email address for internal marketing and promotional communications, including newsletters, product updates, and exclusive offers.

Chilly Moose will not sell, rent, or share participants’ email addresses or personal information with any third party, except as required to fulfill prize delivery or comply with legal obligations.

Participants may opt out of receiving future marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any Chilly Moose email.

Audit and Disqualification:
Chilly Moose reserves the right to audit any entries and verify compliance with these Terms and Conditions at any time, including after prizes have been awarded. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or household that, in its sole discretion, is found to have tampered with the entry process, submitted multiple or false entries, or otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions.

If a prize has already been issued and the associated entry is later determined to be invalid or fraudulent, Chilly Moose reserves the right to revoke or cancel the prize without compensation.

 

 

10. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Chilly Moose, which are final and binding.

Chilly Moose reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend this Promotion should any cause disrupt or compromise its integrity, security, or fairness.

Chilly Moose is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures, delays, or interruptions in entry submission or notification;

  • Lost, misdirected, or undeliverable email notifications;

  • Errors in printing, programming, or administration.

Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the Promotion system will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

All purchases or prize redemptions made using discount codes are subject to Chilly Moose’s standard Terms of Sale, return policies, and website terms.

 

 

11. Publicity

By participating, entrants consent to Chilly Moose’s use of their name, likeness, and/or city of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

 

 

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Chilly Moose Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Chilly Moose shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages in connection with the Promotion.

 

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
 Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
