Does not fit the cabin cooler model that chilly moose also sells. Yes, the description does say it only fits chilli ice boxes, but not being familiar with their various model names, I assumed that meant it only fits coolers that are sold by chilly moose. This assumption was supported by the fact that this is the only drain plug listed on their website.
Turns out it only fits that single model and the cabin cooler uses a drain plug that seems to be unique because even so-called universal plugs from Amazon, don’t fit it.
I’ve now wasted money on the wrong chilly moose version and the universal version from Amazon and I still have a hole in my cooler.
Lesson learned for me is stick with the name brands that actually support their products with compatible parts.
