How do I obtain a quote?

To request a quote, please reach out directly to our Corporate Team here info@chillymoose.ca or fill out our Corporate Form. So we can provide you with an accurate quote, please include the product(s) you’re interested in, quantity, the date you require your items delivered and a sample of your logo. 


Our Corporate Team is available Monday - Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm EST, and quote requests will be returned within 1 - 2 business days.


Which Chilly Moose products can be customized?

We offer customization on all our stainless steel drinkware, Harbour Ice Bucket and Chilly Ice Box coolers. For a detailed list of available products, click here 


How are Chilly Moose products customized?

Our stainless steel drinkware is laser-engraved. We use a laser to remove the layer of colour or pattern on the drinkware and expose the stainless steel underneath. Chilly Ice Box coolers are customized with either a decal on the cooler body, or single-colour direct print on the cooler lid.


Can I get a sample?

Our Corporate Design Team will provide you with a high-res digital proof of your project prior to order confirmation. This proof will need to be approved, and deposit received, before your order moves into production. If you do require a physical drinkware sample, we can create one for you at full retail price, plus the cost of single customization (tax and shipping additional). 


What is the custom order minimum?

Can you rush my order?

We produce all orders according to the time they were received. When you request a quote, please let us know the date you require your items and we can let you know the current timing of our production line. 


How can I pay for my corporate order?

We require a 50% deposit upon approval of your digital proof. The balance plus shipping cost is owed prior to shipping out your order. We accept all major credit cards, EFT or direct deposit. If you wish to pay by cheque, it will need to be received and cleared prior to your order being shipped.


Can I cancel, change or return my order?

We make every effort to get your order perfect - we work closely with you every step of the way, and provide you with a high-res digital proof for approval prior to production. Your order will not be produced until the final digital proof is approved, and deposit payment is received. Once your order is in production, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Customized items are final sale. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.


Can I sell customized Chilly Moose products?

We do create customized products for our authorized Chilly Moose dealers. For more information on how to be set up as an authorized dealer, please reach out to our wholesale distribution partners Georgian Bay Leisure at info@georiganbayleisure.com
