Unfortunately the clasp on my chilli mousse broke and it wasnβt getting as good of a seal as it normally does so I contacted chilli moose and without hesitation a new part was sent to me within days and the cooler was back up and running like brand newβ¦ Great productsβ¦ Great service!
I received timely responses to any emails I submitted confirming pick up details and when I reached the store the staff member that looked after me was very congenial. Thanks
Great service. Easy install !
Ordered online and it was delivered quickly. Easy to replace the broken latch and now I am good to go! Impressed with the quality of the cooler when taking the old latch off; the metal inserts make the latch screws hold well. I have to admit it was a concern beforehand but I am very happy with the fit and finish. Took less than a minute to replace and now I have a like new cooler!
Latch cracked the first time out. I see that there are replacements available on your site so I assume thay this is a problem you're aware of.
Such helpfulness
Exactly service!! Part arrived super fast with absolutely no issues!!! Highly recommend!!!
Customer service was amazing. No questions asked. Just replaced my broken latch right away.
I love that it floats while full
Of beer tubing down a river with lots
Of rapids.
Great cooler that keeps things cold for days
Very impressed with the service
Broke the clasp on my Harbour Bucket. Email Chilly Moose when this broke and within 4 days they had shipped a new clasp to fix the lid. Would recommend Chilly Moose to friends and family.
Great product, had a little issue and the fixed us up right away, exceptional service.
1) donβt overstuff your cooler
2) donβt try to force it to lock when you have overstuffed it
3) if you force it and your latch breaks, contact the Awesome folks a Chilly Mooseβ¦..
4) they will send you the parts you need for a reasonable price and get the cooler up and running again
5) re-load coolerβ¦..without over stuffing and check to make sure the latch works
6) drink the cold beer out of the cooler and repeatβ¦..
These guys are awesome! We were gifted a cooler and the buckle broke shortly after we got it. They replaced it right away. Great cooler!
