Fit perfect. I find it unfortunate that a cooler of this quality does not come with at least one basket. I will add that the grid of the basket is a little wide and the small foods can pass through.
In order to prevent the contents of the cooler from wandering around, i also added the separator.
70$ later, i’m finally all set for good summertime.

I love the 25L Chilly Moose cooler and basket, it is the perfect size for the dock and the boat. The basket keeps the food dry and the cooler keeps the beverages cold. We will definitely purchase more.

Just recieved the 25L basket. The basket is burly and even if I fell on it, it would likely not bend. The fit is absolutely perfect and fits snuggly in the cooler without bending or any rattling (almost impossible to bend the wire in any case). The depth of the rack is about 4", meaning I could fit a 4" thick object in there and the lid still closes. I wrote this review because the picture in the listing makes this basket look like garbage that has a terrible fit. I dont know what happened in the picture but the fit and finish in real life is perfect.
